Job summary

St Bonaventure's Outside School Hours Care - Flagstone, part of Catholic Early EdCare, is hiring casual OSHC Educators to support a safe, engaging environment for children and families. The role is term-time with potential to broaden across CEEC services.

The ideal candidate holds a Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services (desirable); you’ll enjoy flexible hours, competitive hourly pay, and opportunities to grow within a supportive, community-focused organisation.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services is required or desirable per ACECQA guidelines.
• First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications are preferred or willingness to obtain them.
• Current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check) is required or willingness to obtain.
• Child protection training preferred (or willingness to complete).
• Effective oral and written communication skills within the workplace.

• Ensuring a safe, secure and welcoming environment.
• Create fun recreational and educational experiences that are inclusive for all.
• Maintain positive working relationships with all team members.

Job Requirements:

• Hold (or are working towards) a Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines (desirable)
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
• Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• Child protection training preferred (or willingness to complete)
