KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring Teachers to lead classrooms, mentor peers, and deliver high-quality early education. You will implement our curriculum, create a safe environment for learning, and partner with families to support children's growth and school readiness.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, teamwork, and adherence to safety standards, with opportunities to advance in a supportive community focused on child development.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational abilities.
• Active CDA credential or NAEYC candidacy.
• State trainer approval preferred.
• 2–3 years of ECE experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Meet state qualifications or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physical ability to lift 40 pounds and work indoors/outdoors.
• Read/write/speak English to communicate with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and mentor less experienced teachers in your classroom; model behaviors and provide feedback.
• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents, with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Support your center’s success; partner with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.
