Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from CHEA/USDE-accredited institution or equivalent.
• High school diploma plus 2 years of wage-earning test administration experience.
• This position requires personal technology enabling remote work.
• Knowledge of testing and test security procedures preferred.
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities

• Administers and/or assists in the administration of high school equivalency exams.
• Administer and/or assist in the administration of educational achievement tests.
• Administer and/or assist in the administration of vocational and language assessments.
• Establish and maintain security of all test materials and test booklets.
• Organize and plan test sessions.
• Examine all test documentation for accuracy and correctness.
• Arrange for the timely delivery of test materials to the assigned campuses.
• Assist in compiling statistical test information and reports.
• Assist in the dissemination of diagnostic data.
• Maintain test records.
• Develop procedures for efficient flow of information and data across units.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
