Job summary

ServingSchools is seeking an Educational Technician I, II, or III to support special education resource room. You will assist the classroom teacher with individualized lessons, collect daily data on student progress, and help students transition within the building.

Qualifications

• Current Ed Tech I, II, or III certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• Maine CHRC/Fingerprinting approval (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to collaborate effectively with staff and demonstrate compassion for students.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the classroom teacher in implementing individualized lessons and goals
• Collecting and maintaining daily data on student skill acquisition
• Assisting students as they transition within the school building
• Promoting a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment
