ISD 318 - Grand Rapids & Bigfork is seeking paraeducators to provide support to special education students and general classroom assistance across the Grand Rapids area. Roles include cross-categorical support and bus support, with varied schedules.
Positions run during the 2026 fall term, typically about 6.25 hours per day on student days, totaling 167 days per year, with full-year benefits and potential unemployment benefits in summer.

All positions will be Special Education and/or Bus Support for Special Education students, Cross-Categorical/Multiple Disabilities.
Schedule varies but will typically be around 6.25 hours per day on student days.
Works student days; 167 days per year, plus training time, with full-time benefit eligibility for a full year of work.
$18.13 - $20.94 per hour based on experience.

The Paraeducator exam is a basic skills exam in Reading, Writing and Math. (Contact Carrie in the HR office to schedule an appointment to take the exam, if needed- 218-327-5727.)
This position will be filled in accordance with the Educational Support Professional contract.
