Job summary

Tier1usa is seeking a licensed speech-language pathologist to provide teletherapy on a contract basis from Indiana. This remote role supports K-12 students with IEP goals, collaborating with onsite school personnel and families across time zones.

A CFY or 1–2 years school-based experience is required, with flexibility to fit multiple schedules. You’ll use an award-winning platform, access extensive assessment tools, and receive guidance from experienced clinicians.

Qualifications

• Active state license as an SLP.
• ASHA CCC-SLP.
• 1 year of school-based experience including a CFY, or 2 years total clinical experience including a CFY.
• Schedule flexibility and ability to work across time zones.
• Owns a reliable personal computer and has working knowledge of technology.

Responsibilities

Owns a reliable personal computer

Working knowledge of technology, such as headphones and personal computers

Our clinicians can choose to work as little as 5 hours per week or work up to 40: All availability will be considered within typical school-based hours

Compensation is $40-55 per hour. Pay rate is determined based on experience and market conditions

You’ll be paid for both direct and indirect time (Example: Indirect includes specific documentation, attending IEP meetings, and more)
