BlueCloud Staffing is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide specialized services within a dynamic educational setting. The SLP will support students with articulation, language, and fluency needs, perform assessments, and contribute to IEP meetings as part of a multidisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes evidence-based therapy, accurate documentation, and collaboration with teachers and families to foster effective communication in the classroom.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Active state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP).
• Knowledge of best practices in speech and language therapy.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to effectively manage caseload and prioritize tasks.

Responsabilités

• Deliver therapy services addressing articulation, language, and fluency needs.
• Perform comprehensive speech-language evaluations and write reports.
• Develop and implement evidence-based intervention plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents and other professionals to support student achievement.
• Monitor, document, and communicate student progress regularly.
• Maintain compliance with policies and legal requirements.
