Job summary

JDC Entwine seeks an Educational Programs Specialist to advance its mission by designing and delivering high-impact programs for American Jewish educators and learners. The role collaborates with Israel-based colleagues to integrate Arab citizen-related content and strengthen shared society initiatives.

You will develop pedagogy and curricula, train educators, and manage partnerships while contributing to the Task Force’s broader educational strategy in a dynamic, cross-cultural setting.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and leading educational programs for learners, especially teens/young adults.
• Strong facilitation and moderation skills for nuanced discussions.
• Deep familiarity with U.S. Israel education landscape and key players.

Responsibilities

• Build field partnerships across Israel education and collaborate with partners to integrate Arab citizen-related content.
• Represent the Task Force at conferences and professional gatherings.
• Develop and deliver in-person, travel, and virtual programs for American Jewish learners.
• Train educators to engage on topics related to Arab citizens of Israel and shared society.
