Job summary

Alliance Defending Freedom is seeking the Blackstone Program Director for Educational Operations to lead the planning and execution of the Blackstone Legal Fellowship's flagship summer program and alumni education offerings. This role partners with the VP of Philosophy and Education to ensure impactful experiences for interns, Fellows, and guests in alignment with our mission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in education, business, management, or related field.
• 5+ years of program management or leadership experience.
• Experience leading a team with strong development skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and program management abilities.
• Willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and plan program-wide logistics, including venue selection and timelines.
• Manage program agendas, technology requirements, and communications with faculty, interns, and Fellows.
• Oversee on-site event management and ensure events meet expectations.
• Monitor and evaluate program success using feedback and data.
• Monitor weekly and monthly budget reports.
• Oversee the Program Coordinator and mentor staff.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to deliver high-quality events.
• Engage stakeholders to ensure positive experiences and commitment.
