Job summary

Eden Prairie Schools seeks an Educational Paraprofessional for the Area Learning Center in Valley View. The role supports students in a supervised setting and assists with daily activities at the Area Learning Center.

The position requires a two-year degree or 60 credits, or a passing ParaPro test, with CPR/First Aid training preferred. The candidate should demonstrate effective communication and the ability to work independently in a school environment.

QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED

• Ability to communicate effectively with students and adults.
• Ability to make appropriate decisions quickly and work independently.
• Ability to supervise students in a positive manner.
