Job summary

Bailey Education Group, LLC is seeking a Contract Leadership/Educational Administrator Coach/Mentor to work onsite with superintendents and district leaders in Iowa. You will assess leadership challenges and deliver tailored coaching, workshops, and data-driven strategies to improve school performance.

As a 1099 consultant, you will develop customized training, conduct regular check-ins, track progress, and provide feedback to ensure growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and leadership insight.
• Knowledge of state standards for Reading, Math, Science, and Social Studies is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Mentor school leaders in a side-by-side coaching model to provide guidance and support based on national and state standards.
• Ensure school leaders have a firm grasp of the state accountability model.
• Assist in establishing systematic approaches to improve efficiency in operations and management.
• Collaborate with districts to analyze data and set goals for leaders.
• Analyze accountability data to support leaders in prioritizing growth.
