Bailey Education Group, LLC seeks experienced Leadership/Educational Administrator Coach/Mentor to work onsite with school leaders in Ohio and Kentucky. This 1099 contract role focuses on coaching superintendents and administrators, designing tailored leadership development, and guiding districts toward excellence.

You will build professional capacity through workshops, ongoing mentorship, and data-driven improvement planning, fostering a customer-centric approach to educational leadership.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Mentor school leaders in a side-by-side coaching model based on national and state standards.
• Analyze data and set goals for leaders, ensuring evidence-based progress.
• Develop and implement training plans, PLCs, data meetings, and teacher leadership meetings.
• Provide ongoing guidance, feedback, and modeling of effective leadership practices.
• Track progress, support mentees, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with fellow coaches to share best practices and scale impact.
