Your Role:

As an Educational Diagnostician, you’ll be instrumental in shaping the educational journey of students by identifying their unique needs and advocating for the resources that enable their success.

• Conduct Evaluations: Perform psycho‑educational assessments to determine students’ eligibility and need for specialized services.
• Communicate Findings: Review evaluation findings with parents and district staff, providing clear and compassionate communication.
• Develop Interventions: Collaborate with teams to create evidence‑based interventions that enhance student performance, participation, and access to education.
• Support Team: Participate in Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings, parent conferences, and other relevant discussions to ensure special education programs meet every student’s needs effectively.
