Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of estimating experience with educational construction projects covering DSA/K-12.
• Proven ability to prepare competitive bids.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and costs specific to public-sector projects.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents to develop detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates.
• Evaluate and coordinate subcontractor and supplier bids and proposals.
• Prepare accurate bid packages for educational and public-sector projects.
• Collaborate with project management to refine scope and costs.

Skills

Estimating experience with educational construction projects

Knowledge of construction materials and methods

Ability to perform detailed quantity takeoffs
