Job summary

Vindico Medical Education is seeking an Educational Strategist to grow CME grants and develop grant-supported educational programs. You will coordinate strategy with program management, marketing, and finance to deliver impactful CME activities and expert-led initiatives.

Your role involves expanding therapeutic area knowledge, building relationships with KOLs, and identifying innovative funding sources while ensuring alignment with educational priorities.

Qualifications

• Experienced business development/educational strategist for expanding CME business.
• Proven track record in securing CME grant funding and oversight of funded CME activities.
• Established relationships with grant management and medical affairs teams at pharma/biotech/medical device companies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand understanding within assigned therapeutic areas to increase educational opportunities.
• Build relationships with topic experts and KOLs to strengthen expertise.
• Oversee grant proposals, needs assessments, rationale, and outcomes selection.
• Coordinate with Grant Development, Program Management, Audience Generation/Marketing, Finance, and partners to develop new products and integrated programs.
• Research new funding sources beyond traditional pharma support.
• Interact with strategic partners, tech platforms, patient groups, and medical associations.
• Participate in business development presentations and industry conferences.
