Spectrum 360 A NJ Non Profit Corp. is seeking an Educational Assistant at Carusi Middle School. The role supports classroom accommodations, assists with behavior intervention strategies, and helps students and staff during lunch periods.

Flexibility and strong communication are essential. This position requires at least 48 college credits or an associate's degree or passing the Title I Paraprofessional Test, with an emphasis on patient, compassionate support and solid tech skills to aid learners
