Position Overview

Title: Educational Assistant Level IV - Special Education

Hours/Day: 10 hours

Season: Spring Golf Season

Compensation: Level IV Step 3 $19.50 - Step 5 $24.25

Benefits: Burnsville Association of Educational Assistants Contract

Note: Proficiency in a second language, American Sign Language, or Braille may earn an additional $.75/hour when it is a regular requirement for the position.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Work with a student during after-school golf activities.
  • Potential weekend hours if meets are scheduled on Saturday.
Qualifications
  • Must meet highly qualified standards as defined by the state, including:
    • Completion of AA degree, 60 college credits, or para-pro exam.
    • Completion of a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
