Douglas County School District is seeking an Educational Assistant (EA IV) at Castle Rock Elementary to support one student with an IEP, BIP, and HCP in 1:1 settings across general and special education environments.

Qualifications

  • Willingness and ability to assist students with personal care, toileting, and mobility, including lifting and transferring (with appropriate training and assistance).

Requires a high degree of flexibility, consistency, and professional judgment to ensure the student's safety, access to instruction, and full participation across the school day and various learning environments.
