Job summary

Rutherford County Schools is seeking an Educational Assistant to support classroom instruction under a certified teacher. You will reinforce skills for small groups, provide constructive feedback, and uphold a positive role model for students.

The position requires an associate degree or 48 college hours or passing the Para-Pro ETS assessment, plus solid computer skills and a reliability in attendance.

Qualifications

• Requires possession of an associates degree or higher, or completion of 48 college hours.
• Must have good computer knowledge and be able to use basic classroom tech.

Educational Assistant

• Hold an associates degree or higher; OR *Have an equivalent of two years of college coursework totaling 48 hours at an accredited institution of higher learning; OR *Pass the Education Testing Service (ETS) Para-Pro Assessment
