Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Human Resources, Social Work, or related field.
  • Two years of supervisory experience.
  • Two years in a tribal organization providing social services.
  • Valid Alaska driver's license and insurable under CITC's automotive insurance, and age requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, interview, hire, supervise, and support instructors delivering training to external learners (participants).
  • Provide leadership by inspiring, guiding, and motivating team members to achieve department goals.
  • Create an environment that fosters employee engagement, satisfaction, and professional growth.
  • Evaluate team member performance through feedback, coaching, mentoring, and annual appraisals.
  • Perform quality monitoring and program reviews across instructional and workforce development services.
