Job summary

Samsung Austin Semiconductor in Austin, TX is seeking an Education Development Partner to help execute workforce development strategies, align education programs with industry needs, and build a sustainable talent pipeline for the semiconductor sector.

You will manage multi-institution projects, coordinate with school districts and postsecondary partners, handle curriculum relevance, training logistics, budgets, and ROI evaluation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in NCES/IPEDS/TEA data systems and state pilots.
• Analyze and monitor legal agreements with FERPA awareness.
• 12–15 years of experience in program management and workforce development.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio of projects across multiple education partners.
• Develop and maintain a network of education and workforce contacts.
• Analyze data trends to support audits and sponsor requirements.
• Coordinate needs assessment and align training programs to industry needs.
