MGT Consulting Group, Tampa-based, is seeking a Transformation Specialist for School Turnaround. The role focuses on leading and coaching school principals and leadership teams across multiple districts in Florida to drive student achievement and educational outcomes, within an on-site setting.

Ideal candidates have advanced degrees in education leadership and a track record of district-level transformation, with strong data analysis and communication skills to engage stakeholders and district

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Education Leadership or related field.
• 5+ years administrator/district-level experience in School Transformation.
• Strong knowledge of Florida DOE systems.
• Ability to disaggregate data for decisions and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of core transformation efforts.
• Lead instructional support across assigned schools to meet Florida standards.
• Coach principals and leadership teams to improve student achievement.
• Oversee onsite MGT team including scheduling and reporting.
• Develop and monitor school achievement plans.
• Analyze data and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Interface with district personnel as needed.
