MGT is seeking a Transformation Specialist for the School Turnaround team in Hillsborough and Pasco Counties, FL. This role leads principal and leadership teams, coaches school improvement efforts, and ensures alignment of coaching across ELA, math, science, and other areas.

The position requires a Master’s degree in education leadership and 5+ years in district-level school transformation, with deep knowledge of Florida standards and DOE systems.

Formación

• Master's degree or Doctorate in Education Leadership, Curriculum or Supervision or related field within education.
• Five or more years of administrator/district level experience in school transformation and turnaround.
• Extensive understanding of Florida DOE system.
• Ability to disaggregate and use data to inform decisions and reporting.
• Ability to lead diverse teams and facilitate consensus and support.
• Deep understanding of Florida instructional standards and practices.
• Deep understanding of school transformation practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Senior Transformation Specialist in planning, coordinating, and executing core transformation efforts.
• Lead instructional support across assigned schools with high-quality practices aligned to Florida standards.
• Lead and coach school principals and leadership teams to improve student achievement.
• Oversee onsite MGT team at assigned schools, including scheduling, reporting, and coaching.
• Model leadership and pedagogy best practices for school and MGT teams.
• Coordinate coaching and alignment of instructional priorities across ELA, math, science.
• Build trust and navigate partnerships with district personnel and school leadership.
• Monitor data, provide feedback, and develop next steps to address performance gaps.
• Develop and monitor Coordinated Support Plans and ensure timely documentation.
