Job summary

US PREP seeks a Transformation Specialist to advance our mission by providing on-the-ground assistance to colleges of education, school districts, and community partners. You will guide strategic planning, staffing guidance, and regional collaboration to expand access to highly effective teachers.

You will lead communities of practice, develop partnerships, and help redesign staffing models while ensuring sustainability and equity for marginalized students.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage transformation-related initiatives in teacher preparation programs.
• Provide hands-on TA to colleges, districts, and partners for program and staffing changes.
• Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans to improve teacher effectiveness.
• Engage stakeholders to promote collaboration and shared goals.
• Develop and deliver training to build educator and administrator capacity.
• Collect, analyze, and report data to measure impact and inform improvements.
• Participate in continuous improvement to refine strategies.
