The role emphasizes strong leadership, data-driven decision making, compliance with program requirements, and collaboration with staff and community partners to support student success and program completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Career & Technical Education, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Minimum of two years of related experience in education, career technical training, or program management.
• Experience supervising or managing instructional staff preferred.
• Knowledge of training principles, curriculum development, student assessment, and instructional practices.
• Ability to monitor program performance and analyze data to drive improvements.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with diverse young adults and promote student achievement and retention.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Education & Training Department, supervising staff and day-to-day operations.
• Oversee academic and Career Technical Training programs to ensure high-quality instruction and outcomes.
• Manage staff performance, including hiring, training, coaching, evaluations, and accountability.
• Monitor student progress and provide support to meet goals.
• Ensure compliance and data integrity with records and regulatory requirements.
• Promote a safe, organized learning environment across classrooms.
• Build community and workforce partnerships to support training and employment opportunities.
• Collaborate with Center leadership to address challenges and improve programs.
• Represent the Center professionally with partners and employers.
