Job summary

Reporting to the Director of Technology, this role provides proactive, hands-on support to ensure secure, reliable technology resources are available to the Austin Prep community and assists with planning and implementing school-wide tech initiatives.

Qualifications

• Educational background and/or equivalent professional experience in Information Technology or a related field.
• Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service, preferably within an educational environment.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic school setting.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
