Job summary
Total Care ABA is hiring Education Technician III / School-Based Behavioral Health Professionals in Arundel, ME. You will provide in-class and one-on-one support to preschoolers, implementing ABA-informed educational and behavioral plans to foster skill development for kindergarten readiness.
Earn $22–$28/hr plus Maine’s Monthly ECE Wage Supplement. Training is provided; you’ll work alongside teachers and BCBA clinicians in a supportive, mission-driven environment with opportunities for career
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or minimum 90 college credits
- 90 credits required to qualify for Ed Tech III
- Ability to obtain Educational Technician authorization
- Willingness to complete BHP and/or RBT training
- Criminal background check, fingerprinting, and references required
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one and small-group support to preschool students 3–5
- Implement educational and behavioral plans
- Reinforce classroom learning and skill development
- Assist with daily classroom routines and preparation
- Model positive behaviors and social interactions
- Collect observational data to track progress
- Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, and staff
