Job summary

Tucson Unified School District is seeking a network and technology support specialist to oversee, monitor, and maintain the district’s school-site computer networks, and to deliver technology support to teachers and staff on site.

The role acts as a liaison between schools and the Technology Services Department, prioritizes tasks, and helps integrate technology into the curriculum while ensuring courteous service. Location: Tucson Unified Virtual Academy on the Catalina Campus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least three (3) years computer operations, network or related experience.
• Verbal & written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversees, monitors, and maintains school sites’ computer networks.
• Provides on-site technical support to district staff and classrooms.
• Acts as a liaison between schools and the Technology Services Department.
• Prioritizes and organizes a variety of tasks and projects.
