Responsibilities

• Instructional Support: Assist teachers in delivering small-group instruction.
• Reinforce classroom lessons and activities under the direction of the classroom teacher.
• Prepare instructional materials and classroom resources.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the teacher.
• Support students with academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs.
• Transportation Support: Must possess a CDL with endorsements or be willing to obtain one; may substitute as bus driver.
• Additional Responsibilities: Assist with arrival, dismissal, and other school-wide duties.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding students and staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the principal or designee.
