UCP of Central Florida is seeking a dedicated education assistant to support PreK classrooms across our campuses. You will implement lesson plans, assist in preparing materials, and help document student progress through observations and data collection.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree or 60 credits, with training in CDACPR/First Aid and DCF requirements. Experience with children with special needs in a multi-disciplinary setting is preferred.

Formación

• Associate’s Degree or 60 credits or equivalent.
• CDACPR/First Aid Training is required or to be completed.
• 45 Hour DCF Training required within first 90 days.

Responsabilidades

• Implements lesson plans and instructional groups as directed.
• Assists in planning/setting up instructional materials.
• Documents academic progress with observations and data collection.
• Maintains classroom behavior management and data collection practices.
• Performs teacher duties in absence of the lead teacher.
• Attends trainings, meetings and events.
• Ensures compliance with procedures and guidelines.
