UNRWA is seeking an Education Specialist (Arabic) at Grade 13 for the Education Programme in the Hebron Area Office. This internal-candidates-only role focuses on delivering equitable, inclusive education and supporting the professional development of staff in collaboration with the School Principal.

The incumbent will monitor learning environments, supervise teachers, and work under the Deputy Chief Field Education Programme through the Head of the Education Development Centre or the Area

Qualifications

• Provide technical support towards equitable inclusive quality education to all staff assigned to him/her in cooperation with the School Principal.
• Monitor and support their professional development and promote safe and effective learning environments in schools.

Responsibilities

• Supervisees: The incumbent will supervise a large number of Teachers (Technical Support) as assigned.
• The incumbent reports to the Deputy, Chief Field Education Programme through the Head of the Education Development Centre or Area Education Office as assigned.
