Position Overview

This role aims to drive $2M+ in annual revenue by forming multimillion-dollar alliances with K-12 school districts, utilizing AI technology to enhance student learning outcomes. The ideal candidate possesses strong ties within TX or CA school districts, excels in navigating procurement processes, and is driven to reshape education through innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and manage a $10M+ sales pipeline targeting high-potential districts.
  2. Present tailored proposals and guide procurement to secure large contracts.
  3. Conduct discovery sessions to understand district needs and craft effective solutions.
  4. Manage all aspects of complex sales cycles from prospecting to closing.
  5. Leverage existing relationships within school districts to facilitate adoption.
What You Won’t Be Doing
  1. Following rigid scripts—craft your own territory strategy.
  2. Selling non-transformative, supplementary products.
  3. Getting bogged down in bureaucracy—focus on results.
  4. Micromanaging daily activities—own your outcomes.
Minimum Requirements
  • At least 3 years managing complex K-12 sales cycles with deals over $100K.
  • Existing network with district decision-makers in TX or CA.
  • Experience with public school procurement, including RFPs/RFIs.
  • Proven track record of maintaining a $10M+ sales pipeline and meeting revenue targets.
  • Ability to work independently through entire sales process.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales tech tools.
  • Reside within 2 hours of TX or CA and be able to travel extensively (up to 80%).
  • Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
