What You Will Be Doing
  • Develop and manage a $10M+ sales pipeline by identifying high-potential districts, engaging with decision-makers, and advancing opportunities through structured sales stages.
  • Create customized proposals and navigate procurement processes to secure six and seven-figure contracts.
  • Lead discovery sessions to fully understand district challenges and objectives, then design compelling solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Manage all facets of complex sales cycles from prospecting to closing, taking full ownership of your territory strategy and results.
  • Utilize your existing relationships and networks within public school districts to expedite adoption.

  • Following inflexible scripts or processes – you'll have the freedom to develop your territory strategy.
  • Selling "nice to have" supplementary products – this is a game-changing solution with tangible impact.

  • Micromanaging daily activities – you'll be accountable for your outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

Promote the adoption of our innovative learning solution in public school districts, securing multi-year partnerships that significantly improve educational outcomes on a large scale.

Basic Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience managing intricate K-12 sales cycles and closing deals worth $100K+.
  • A strong network of district decision-makers in Texas or California.
  • Proven expertise in navigating public school procurement processes, including RFPs/RFIs.
  • A track record of maintaining a $10M+ sales pipeline and consistently achieving revenue targets.
  • Demonstrated success in operating autonomously and driving the full sales cycle.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and the sales technology stack.
  • Must be residing in or within 2 hours of Texas or California.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region (up to 80%).
  • Eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship.

Position Details
