What You Will Be Doing

  • Develop and manage a $10M+ sales pipeline by pinpointing and qualifying high-potential districts, engaging key decision-makers, and advancing opportunities through structured sales stages
  • Present customized proposals and guide procurement processes to secure lucrative six and seven-figure contracts
  • Conduct discovery sessions to thoroughly understand district challenges and objectives, then devise compelling solutions that yield measurable results
  • Oversee all facets of complex sales cycles, from prospecting to closing, with full ownership of territory strategy and outcomes
  • Utilize your established relationships and networks within public school districts to expedite adoption

Education Solutions Consultant Key Responsibilities

Champion the adoption of our pioneering learning solution within public school districts, securing long-term partnerships that significantly transform educational outcomes on a large scale.

Basic Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing intricate K-12 sales cycles and closing $100K+ deals
  • Strong, pre-existing network of relationships with district decision-makers in Texas or California
  • Proven expertise in navigating public school procurement processes, including RFPs/RFIs
  • A history of maintaining a $10M+ sales pipeline and consistently achieving revenue targets
  • Demonstrated capability to operate independently and drive the entire sales cycle
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and the sales technology stack
  • Must reside in or within a 2-hour radius of Texas or California
  • Ability to travel extensively within the region (up to 80%)
  • Eligibility to work in the US without visa sponsorship

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
