We are currently seeking candidates for the position of Education Service Advisor.

Position Details
  • Requisition Type: Contingent
  • Position Status: Full Time
  • Location: 88th Regional Support Command South, Wichita, KS
  • Security Clearance Level: Secret
Responsibilities
  1. Perform Army Educational Support Services at the US Army Reserve's 88th RSC South in Wichita, Kansas.
  2. Promote lifelong learning opportunities through degree programs, tuition assistance, testing, credentialing, and other GI Bill programs for Soldiers and family members.
  3. Accurately complete and submit required deliverables to the Government by specified deadlines.
  4. Develop and submit organized and grammatically correct data, forms, reports, and documents.
  5. Provide educational assistance and guidance to Soldiers, transitioning Soldiers, family members, DoD civilians, and other eligible personnel.
  6. Manage client cases and accounts, including reviewing and resolving Help Desk cases.
  7. Prepare and deliver client/unit educational briefings and reports.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or an Associate's Degree with at least four years of relevant experience.
  2. Minimum of two years of advising or education services experience.
  3. Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking, understanding).
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  5. U.S. Citizen.
  6. Experience with Army education portals such as ArmyIgnitED 2.0 is highly desired.
  7. Experience providing quality customer service to military personnel, families, or government employees.
