Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience: managing and merging complex longitudinal datasets; applying advanced statistics; programming in R, Stata, or SAS.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct independent and team-based research projects.
• Translate findings for diverse audiences via reports, presentations, and dashboards.
• Mentor researchers and support grant development in collaboration with leadership.
• Communicate with school districts and stakeholders to support decision-making.
