Job summary

Indiana University Bloomington's Center on Education and Lifelong Learning seeks a Research Scientist to advance educational leadership, inclusive practices, and systems change across Indiana.

The role partners with CELL staff, school and district leaders, state agencies, families, and partners to design, implement, and disseminate research and evaluation; support grant development; and translate findings into practice across grants and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Earned doctorate in education, educational leadership, or a closely related field.
• Minimum five years of professional experience in education, leadership development, or related areas.
• Experience designing, conducting, or supporting research and evaluation initiatives.
• Evidence of scholarly writing or dissemination activities.
• Ability to collaborate on externally funded projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and disseminate research as part of CELL initiatives.
• Contribute to grant development, management, and reporting.
• Translate research into practice for state and local education systems.
