Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and support to the Adult Education Program Directors, Program Coordinators and Educational Specialist.
• Lead recruitment, hiring, orientation, and onboarding of qualified staff.
• Ensure contractual compliance and achievement of goals and outcomes across all educational programming.
• Oversee daily program operations and provide strategic and hands‑on support to program staff; troubleshoot operational challenges.
• Conduct regular planning and supervision meetings; build staff capacity through training and coaching.
• Monitor and evaluate program activities through observations, staff consultation, and data review.
