• Lead creative recruitment and retention strategies that bring in great volunteers and keep them coming back.
• Manage the behind‑the‑scenes magic that makes our programs run (scheduling, logistics, delivery models, you name it).
• Host in‑person or virtual trainings that leave volunteers feeling confident and excited.
• Keep our database organized and up‑to‑date.
• Gather stories, data, and insights to help in meetings, grants, and reports.
• Deliver top‑tier customer service to everyone who interacts with our programs.
