Job summary

Nationwide Children’s Hospital is seeking an Education Programs Coordinator to plan, coordinate, implement and evaluate education activities across clinical, research, and community partners. The role supports program development, budgeting and reporting to align with strategic priorities.

The applicant will develop annual education plans, collect and analyze data, and ensure timely documentation while collaborating with marketing and hospital leadership to increase program visibility.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience required.
• Three years of experience in program planning or project management.
• Experience in policy development and fiscal management preferred.
• Strong data analysis and reporting abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development of education programs with clinical, research and community partners.
• Evaluate education activities using formative and summative methods and track improvements.
• Maintain and organize program records, reports and compliance documents.
• Assist in budgeting, scheduling, and operational planning for education initiatives.
