Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory (CSHL) seeks an experienced educational administrator to serve as Assistant Director of Education and Administration for the Cancer Center. The role partners with the Cancer Center Associate Director of Education to advance education and training initiatives aligned with institutional goals.

The position oversees Fellowship operations, training grant management, data analysis for outcomes, and report preparation.

Qualifications

• Experience in higher education administration, program management, or a related academic, research, or scientific environment.
• Graduate-level degree preferred in life sciences.
• Strong data analysis and evaluation experience.
• Experience with grant reporting and training programs.

Responsabilités

• Plan, implement, and evaluate Cancer Center educational events and initiatives.
• Oversee the Cancer Center Scholars Postdoctoral Fellowship Program operations.
• Develop applications for and manage training grants (e.g., T32 awards).
• Analyze outcomes and career success data for trainees.
• Prepare data and reports to satisfy grant requirements.
