UC Irvine’s Chao Family Comprehensive Cancer Center is seeking a Coordinator to manage education, training and workforce development programs across the cancer career continuum. You will support students, trainees and faculty through curriculum development, seminars and mentoring initiatives, coordinating across departments.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or related field or equivalent experience / training.
• 4–6 years of progressively responsible experience in an academic research environment or similar setting.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; able to work across departments.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and administer education, training and workforce development programs across the cancer career continuum.
• Support development and continuous improvement of cancer-focused education initiatives, including seminars, workshops, and training programs.
• Track program performance, funding outcomes and alignment with Cancer Center priorities.
• Prepare reports and documentation for leadership and external funding agencies related to CCSG and training grants.
