Job summary

New Creations is seeking an organized Site Support - Education professional to partner with the Executive Director of Education. The role focuses on training, accreditation, and program improvement across Minnesota centers.

You will manage Parent Aware processes, coordinate trainers, and support quarterly educational feedback for directors, parents, and staff, while traveling to multiple Minnesota locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in a related field preferred.
• 12
• Two to three years of teaching or leadership experience.
• Experience with Parent Aware program and accreditation processes.
• Strong knowledge of industry regulations and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide site support and education training for classroom leaders.
• Coordinate accreditation, trainer relationships and audits.
• Maintain a tracker of center qualifications and progress.
• Lead staff development days and company workshops.
• Support education framework and feedback tools for parents and staff.
