To help with this, we’re looking for an Education Program Strategist who will architect, introduce, and grow our customer learning programs, covering everything from first‑time activation to advanced enablement. The role combines content planning, pedagogical design, and operational oversight to build repeatable processes that help our teams empower customers to get the most from Figma.
Success in this role is defined by accelerating new users to meaningful activation milestones and delivering educational programs that drive measurable improvements in product adoption, account growth, and retention. Training content will become a foundational, scalable asset that enables Advocates, Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing to better support customers. The customer education function will operate with clarity and predictability, supported by well‑defined roles, standardized processes, and measurable outcomes.
This is a full‑time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.
If based in Figma’s San Francisco or New York hub offices, this role has the annual base salary range stated below. Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range. Annual Base Salary Range:
$149,000—$215,000 USD
