The Education Program Specialist coordinates activities for the Medical Scientist Training Program (MSTP) for the College of Medicine. Responsibilities include organizing coursework and didactics within the MSTP, supporting platforms like SIS, Carmen/Canvas, Microsoft Teams; securing classroom space; maintaining course creation, deletion, enrollment, and curricular updates; supporting faculty with tracking and grading; supporting MSTP admissions, outreach, and events; providing administrative support to student organizations; interfacing with internal and external stakeholders; overseeing the IDP process; monitoring trainee milestones; coordinating MSTP bioethics courses and sessions; maintaining curricular documentation; supporting information sessions and clinical programs; scheduling meetings; and performing other duties as assigned.

Minimum Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Successful completion of a background check; may include a pre-employment physical and drug screen
