Ready to revolutionize education? We're not just dreaming about educational equity - we're making it happen. Imagine schools where AI-powered instruction delivers a full day's learning in just two hours. But before we can transform education, we need to get these innovative charter schools approved. That's your mission.

As our Education Program Manager, you'll be the architect behind our charter school applications, crafting compelling narratives that bridge our bold vision with complex regulatory requirements. This isn't about filling in templates - it's about building persuasive proposals from the ground up that will convince authorities to embrace a new educational paradigm.

If you're a self-driven innovator who thrives on meaningful impact and isn't afraid to challenge educational conventions, we want you on our team.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Spearhead the development of comprehensive charter applications that align with diverse state requirements
  • Build relationships with district and state officials through strategic engagement and clear communication
  • Transform stakeholder feedback into polished, compelling application content
  • Sync with our Director of Charter Growth to ensure flawless execution of critical timelines
  • Take ownership of identifying and filling gaps in our application narrative before they become roadblocks

What You Won’t Be Doing

  • Recycling old content or following rigid templates - every application is built fresh
  • Waiting in the wings for someone to tell you what needs to be done
  • Getting caught in the slow-moving gears of traditional education systems
  • Creating proposals for conventional, been-there-done-that school models
  • Spending time on peripheral policy work or standard grant applications

Education Program Manager Key Responsibilities

Your core mission is to craft compelling, regulation-compliant charter applications that will secure approvals for our revolutionary 2 Hour Learning schools, opening doors to educational transformation across multiple states.

Basic Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in any field - we value diverse perspectives
  • Proven track record of managing extensive writing projects (100+ pages) with long-term timelines
  • Excellence in both academic and narrative writing, with meticulous attention to detail
  • Self-motivated professional who excels in remote work environments with minimal supervision
  • Must be based in the United States

Nice-to-have Requirements

  • Graduate degree in education, public policy, or related disciplines
  • Experience in charter school development, education advocacy, or grant writing
  • Knowledge of education policy landscape in PA, GA, MI, NC, or FL
