Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with district and state officials through strategic communication.

• Coordinate with the Director of Charter Growth to meet critical deadlines.
• Identify and address gaps in application narratives proactively.

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Experience managing large writing projects (100+ pages).
• Excellent academic and narrative writing skills with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, able to work remotely with minimal supervision.
• Based in the United States.

Nice-to-have:

• Graduate degree in education, public policy, or related fields.
• Experience in charter school development, education advocacy, or grant writing.
• Knowledge of education policy in PA, GA, MI, NC, or FL.

Unbound Academy is Arizona’s first virtual, tuition-free charter school for grades 4-8, using AI-powered learning to revolutionize education. This is a full-time, long-term contractor role with compensation of $50/hour, totaling approximately $100,000/year.
