Figure Skating in Harlem, Inc. seeks an Education Manager–High School & Postsecondary Success to guide educational programming for students in grades 9–12 and young adults transitioning to college, careers, and beyond.

You will develop programs advancing academic achievement, college access, career exploration, and leadership development, while partnering with schools, families, and community organizations to broaden opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Youth Development, Higher Education, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience working with high school students and/or young adults.
• Experience developing college access, career readiness, or youth development programming.
• Knowledge of postsecondary pathways, college access, and career exploration.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Commitment to educational equity and youth empowerment.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and improvement of high school and postsecondary success programming.
• Design engaging learning experiences focused on college readiness, career exploration, financial literacy, leadership, life skills, and professional readiness.
• Coordinate workshops, enrichment experiences, mentorships, and career exposure activities.
• Track student progress toward graduation, college enrollment, persistence, and career pathways.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of teachers, tutors, and facilitators.
• Represent the organization with external partners.
