Job summary

The Circle of Service Foundation seeks a Senior Program Officer to lead and advance COSF’s Education program, guiding youth-serving initiatives from early childhood through career readiness in Cook and Lake counties, Illinois.

The SPO will coordinate all aspects of the Education program, review grant applications, develop and implement new and current programs, represent COSF among stakeholders, build networks and partnerships, and report to the Vice President.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop COSF’s Education program for youth from low-income backgrounds.
• Coordinate all aspects of the Education program, including grant review processes.
• Develop and implement new and current programs in Cook and Lake County, IL.
• Represent the Foundation among stakeholders in the field of education and youth development.
• Build, steward and champion networks and partnerships to advance this work.
• Report to the Foundation Vice President.
