Alpha School is seeking an Education Program Manager to build a high-performing team of Guides and lead life-skills workshops that empower K-12 students. You will drive exceptional student experiences, coach leaders, and maintain uncompromising standards while expanding campuses.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, accountability, and leadership to open new Alpha campuses with a culture of excellence. Willingness to relocate and on-site work are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Ensure every student consistently experiences Alpha's three promises by building high-performing Guides, delivering engaging life skills experiences, and maintaining uncompromising standards for student success.
• Coordinate coaching of Guides and life-skills workshops to drive student outcomes.
• Lead efforts to launch and establish new Alpha campuses by building a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Manage performance via data, observations, and coaching conversations to raise team and student results.
• Oversee recruitment and onboarding for new campus teams and facilitate relocation where needed.
